"Lamas" und "Flammen" (und "du rufst" wobei da die Betonung anders liegt) ist im Spanischen das selbe Wort: llamasWenn dann eine Zeitung titelt "Llamas destruyeron una casa" kann das schon zu Verwirrung führen. Aber zu meiner Beruhigung warns dann doch nur die Flammen, und nicht die Lamas, die das Haus zerstört haben. Puh...
(Aber ja, ich kann schon Zeitung lesen. Nur das Sprechen.. das Sprechen..)

"Llamas" and "flames" (and "you call" though the stress is different there, I think) is the same word in spanish: llamas
When then there is a headline, saying "Llamas destruyeron una casa" this might be slightly confusing. But to my relief it were only flames, no llamas that destroyed the house. Phew..
(But, yes, I can read newspapers without problems - but speaking.. oh! speaking...)

wow, würd ich dann etwa im spanischen "David Llama" heissen? das wär schon cool? vorrausgesetzt, die einzahl von Flammen wird dann auch so einfach übersetzt... hmhmhm
